Applicant Privacy Policy
Lone Star Home Services is a fictional demonstration brand. This policy must be reviewed and replaced with company-approved legal language before a real production launch.
Effective date: July 23, 2026
Information we collect
We collect the contact details, role selection, screening responses, interview information, and communications you provide during the application process. If you use an AI-assisted phone experience, we may also process a call transcript or summary.
How we use information
We use applicant information to receive and review applications, communicate about hiring, conduct job-related screening, arrange interviews, prevent abuse, and maintain hiring records. Automated tools may help collect and organize information, but a human hiring team makes decisions about qualification and employment.
Text messages
Text-message consent is optional and is not a condition of applying or employment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
AI-assisted screening calls
Consent to an automated AI-assisted screening call is optional and separate from text-message consent. If selected, an automated assistant may call during business hours, ask approved job-related questions, and create a recording, transcript, or summary for human review. You may decline, end the call, or request human follow-up at any time without withdrawing your application.
Service providers and retention
Application data may be processed by authorized recruiting, CRM, communications, scheduling, hosting, and security providers. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for hiring, legal, security, and recordkeeping purposes.
Your choices
You may request human assistance, an accommodation, access, correction, or deletion by emailing hiring@lonestarhomeservices.demo. Applicable legal exceptions may limit some requests.
